One Paragraph Monday #2



Buat 'goal' untuk lebih tenang dan tidak 'reactive' setiap hari conciously, so kalaupun satu-satu masa kita gagal dan ter'react' over, tak perlu salahkan diri lebih-lebih dan boleh bagitahu diri sendiri - it's okay, you gotta take it one day at a time.
